In the fall of 1941, Jason Graves is a Hollywood actor with a lot of bad habits that manages to stop a robbery while in full costume as his swashbuckling film character. The next day, the press is calling him the world's first costumed vigilante and before long he finds himself facing off against an enemy with an army of thugs straight out of the comics.
